Firstly Fine Art Developments plc developed this 20,000 square metre distribution centre in Brighouse. Secondly Allied Colloids Ltd constructed this 10,000 square metre distribution centre in Bradford. Both project were completed under tight cost controls which were met and tight programmes which were adhered to.
